Instead, we are an unapologetically relationship-driven church.If you ask “how do I get involved,” we won’t point you to programs but people.Standing back and observing these behaviors from a respectful distance, it seems clear that they are designed to encourage mating with the healthiest animals.Usually, the males are demonstrating to the females that they are genetically well-endowed and strong enough to defend the female and the offspring they expect to produce.Does it mean that a healthy relationship between any particular father and son is substantially the same as any other between a father and son? As individual people, we can make a mess of our lives and relationships in ways so unique to us personally that no one could possibly imitate or duplicate. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.Are the dynamics inherent in a healthy relationship between a husband and wife essentially equal to the same sort experienced between any other happily married couple? I can manipulate my child, or undermine my wife’s confidence, in a way that is inimitable. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Could dating more than one person at a time actually be a good idea in this case?
